Woohoo! 3D Exhibits has rated as one of the Chicago Tribune's "Top 100 Workplaces" for the second consecutive year. Not bad for a trade show exhibit design and fabrication company—if we do say so ourselves.
What makes this award really special is that Top Workplaces rankings are based largely on the results of employee surveys. Which means that we are succeeding in our mission to build a culture that people enjoy being a part of.
"People enjoy being a part of our team—and that translates directly into a great experience for our clients," says our president, Gene Faut.
Workplace Dynamics conducted the surveys that were used for judging. Qualities measured included company leadership, communication, career opportunities, working environment, managerial skills, pay and benefits. The recognition coincides with a period of expansion for 3D Exhibits, which will finish 2014 with a 7% growth in revenue versus 2013.
The announcement was made on November 14 when the Chicago Tribune published the complete list in its Top Workplaces magazine.
