SPEAK SOFTLY

| By

Warm and inviting. These are words many of us use to describe the type of environment we want for our exhibits. Because to draw the customers and prospects we want, we all need to be REAL approachable.

The conundrum is that many of us also need some privacy in our exhibits to separate us from the aisle traffic. Or to enclose our conference areas. And so we build walls. But there is nothing approachable about a wall.

Conveying a casual openness is extremely important for Hill’s Pet Nutrition. After all, the company offers the highest-quality pet nutrition available. And what could be more warm and authentic than a pet owner’s relationship with their cat or dog?

The solution for Hill’s (a cost-saving custom rental) was to partition sections of its exhibit with curtains of dangling string. These ethereal screens defined the Hill’s theater and conference area while reinforcing Hill’s warmth and authenticity.

A transparent solution, so to speak. (Sorry, I couldn’t resist).

How does your exhibit communicate your company’s approachability?
