HCEA Annual Meeting 2010 – #Evolve3D Tag HuntJune 24th, 2010 | By Nicole Genarella | Filed under "Blog"
The 3D Exhibits team is excited and honored to be exhibiting at the 2010 HCEA Annual Meeting in New Orleans June 26 – 29. This is a fantastic organization to be a part of and through which to experience the innovations within the healthcare industry. In our last blog post, we discussed Microsoft Tag Reader and how it allows brands to expand upon their printed materials to truly get their message across to consumers through digital content. With this technology it opens up endless opportunities for the trade show industry and we’re going to be demonstrating this strategy right on the exhibit floor of HCEA. When visiting our booth at HCEA, you will notice various Tags throughout our exhibit space. We have developed a strategy for our visitors to get to know more about our team and our expertise within the healthcare industry.
To experience the #Evolve3D Tag Hunt throughout our booth, we encourage you to download the Microsoft Tag Reader application prior to coming to New Orleans. This application is available on a wide range of cell phone providers and simple to install. Click HERE for more information on how to download Microsoft Tag Reader. Along with incorporating this new technology to expand on the visitor experience, we are also giving back to New Orleans through the HCEA charitable activities. For each person that participates in our #Evolve3D Tag Hunt and experiences our 3D Capabilities Presentation, 3D Exhibits will donate $25 in that person’s name to Beacon of Hope. We are passionate about giving back to the community and this will be a fun and innovative way to do so. For those of you following the HCEA conference from home, we will also be encouraging your involvement in the concept of our team evolving in 2010 through taking advantage of new technologies. For every tweet that includes the hashtag #Evolve3D, 3D Exhibits will donate $1 (up to a generous $500 donation) to the Beacon of Hope and give recognition to each persona’s Twitter handle that does so. Following HCEA we will be publishing a story on how much money was We appreciate everyone participating in HCEA, either in New Orleans or from home. It’s amazing how everyone can come together through social media for events like these and make a difference for those in need. We look forward to meeting many great people and organizations in New Orleans and hope everyone has safe travels to New Orleans. |
